The process was thoroughly explained prior to installation all the way through to completion.

Very professional, Excellent Job in doing the Roof, the new Gutters and paint repair. I cannot say enough good things. Very clean, polite individually and as a team for roofing and gutters. On time and did not leave until the job was completed to the details. They know what they are doing and they do it very very well. I am more than satisfied withe their work. Kudos to all the team members and not to forget Carlos, Jose, Waldo and the others. Will refer you to any of my neighbors or any one seeking for professional job done right. Five Star Contracting replaced my roof. I appreciated Five Star's guidance throughout the whole process. I was most pleased with their honesty and how easy they were to communicate with. Carlos was very nice and and made the payment process smooth and easy, He also offered his assistance for future projects. Nathaly was fantastic with communication and always responded to my messages promptly. From the beginning, Bairon was there in explaining each and every step and showed me all the materials used. After the insurance personnel came and checked the roof and file their report to the insurance company, Bairon came back out to do a test to show what additional damage could happen if we just follow as according to that initial suggestion by the insurance's local personnel.  He also kept the communication between the insurance, Five Star Contracting, and us update to ensure we are always in the loop.  The roofing crew came and work on the roof, then came back again the next day to do the final nail sweep.
